Metro has resolved the traffic problems in Delhi to a certain extent.Metro is cheaper and goes to most part of the city.Metro is expanding to NCR area too.In a short period of time it has expanded to most part of the city.In half a year it will reach to Noida and some parts of Ghaziabad too.It has a cleaner atmosphere which make its trip worth to that in buses or cars.........all we can say is well done AFCONS and Delhi GOVERNMENT........

One question. Sreedharan's statement says
"... the rolling stock for the Noida line will be available by only June 2009. So we are slightly slowing down the project...".
I don't know what a rolling stock means. But does the statement mean that the noida line will be functional by June'09.

Unconfirmed sources are saying that Noida Line may get delayed by a month or two. So instead of June 2009 it may start functioning in July/August 2009.
please fasten the work in gaziabad cause it is very to reach delhi without metro and feeder bus service in gaziabad to enjoy hassle free travel in metro thank with regards
